Message from the President

The creation of this association stemmed from a simple observation: many people around us possess skills, ambition, and courage, but no longer dare to pursue traditional employment paths. Through my field experience, particularly as a guesthouse manager, I have been able to appreciate both the concrete needs for services and the difficulties some highly motivated individuals face in accessing employment.

This association was created to bridge these realities: to meet everyday needs while restoring confidence and prospects to people far removed from employment. I deeply believe in a human, local, and caring approach, where work becomes a tool for rebuilding and empowerment.

The project is gradually taking shape thanks to the commitment of members, partners, and especially volunteers, who play a vital role in the association's development. We are looking for volunteers throughout the year, regardless of their skills or the time they can dedicate, because it is together that we can grow this project.
